Failed Appointments

We are constantly trying to improve what we do for our patients. One of the things we would like to do is reduce the number of missed appointments. 

Missed appointments increase the wait for a routine appointment for other patients. If you have ever had difficulty getting an appointment, this is part of the reason. 

If you are unable to attend your appointment for any reason, please call 01244 550555 as soon as possible so that we can re-arrange your appointment for a more suitable date and time, and so we can offer the appointment to another patient. Alternatively, you can cancel your appointment via My Health Online (if you have an account). 

Patients who do not attend their appointment without informing us will have a note added to their medical records. Patients who persistently fail to attend booked appointments without cancelling them beforehand also run the risk of being removed from the practice list.
