Are you a carer?

Do you look after someone or does someone look after you?

A carer is someone who is unpaid and takes care of a friend or family member due to:

Disability
Illness
Mental Health Problems
Age
or because the person cannot care for themselves without support.

If you are a carer or if you have a carer, it is important that you let the practice know so that we can update your medical records.

Please do so by letting our Reception Team know. They will need to know the details of the person you care for/that cares for you and your relationship to them.
