My Health Online

We want to inform you that My Health Online and the NHS Wales App will be unavailable from Tuesday 26th November at 3pm until Wednesday 4th December. This downtime is necessary for the installation of our new IT system, which is part of a nationwide upgrade happening across Wales over the next 12 months.

To ensure you continue to receive your medications without interruption, we have issued "post-dated" prescriptions throughout October. These prescriptions are being sent directly to pharmacies over the next two weeks. Therefore, you may find that your medication has already been issued and will be available for collection from your pharmacy. We ask patients to contact their local pharmacy in the first instance.

Please note: From 4th December 2024, only the NHS Wales App will be compatible with our new IT system. My Health Online will no longer be available for patients of Roseneath Medical Practice. You can sign up to the NHS Wales App now or when it is back online after 4th December. You can sign up by using the following link: https://app.nhs.wales/login.

Our new system is set to go live on 4th December 2024. During this time, all staff will be undergoing training, and we kindly ask patients to bear with us over the next couple of weeks as we adapt to the new system.

We appreciate your understanding and patience during this transition. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.
