My Health Online

What is My Health Online?

My Health Online (MHOL) allows you to order repeat prescriptions electronically without the need to visit your GP Practice.

You can use your mobile phone, tablet, or computer to access MHOL meaning that you can make requests online at a time that suits you.

My Health Online - Roseneath Medical Practice

If you are not already registered for access to MHOL, please complete this form and bring it along to the practice with photo ID. The most common forms of photo ID are:

  • Driving Licence
  • Passport
  • Bus pass

If you are unsure if your photo ID is a suitable form of identification, please speak to our Reception Team.

If you do not have access to a printer to complete the above form, please ask our Reception Team for a paper copy which you can complete in practice or can take away to complete at a later date.

Once you have returned your completed application form to our Reception Team and have had your photo ID confirmed (this measure is in place to protect the information that our practice holds about you), you will be given a registration letter which will contain the Practice ID number, an Access ID number and a password which will be unique to you.

The registration letter will tell you how to register for your new MHOL account using the above information.

If once you are signed up and registered for MHOL, you forget your username or password, you can simply request a new one/a reminder by clicking "Forgot my username" or "Forgot my password" on the website. You do not need to contact the practice in the first instance. Please try these steps first.

You will not be able to contact Roseneath Medical Practice through My Health Online in the event of an emergency. Please call the practice if you need have an acute medical need. In case of life-threatening emergencies, please dial 999 or visit your closest A&E department.
