GP Appointments

Urgent and routine appointments can be booked online using eConsult. You'll receive a same-day response from the doctor or our Reception/Admin Team, so keep your phone or computer handy and check your emails or mobile notifications regularly.

All clinical requests are reviewed by a GP, you may be offered a same-day/routine appointment at the practice or with the Urgent Primary Care Centre in Mold, you also may be signposted to a more appropriate service such as the Pharmacy, Dentist, Hospital etc. 

For patients without internet access or those who find online platforms challenging, we offer an alternative option. Please call the practice on 01244 550555 to access this service. Kindly note, you will be asked the same questions as those completing the online form, and your submission will still be sent to the GP for review in the same way. This does not expedite access to appointments or advice and should only be used by those who genuinely need it. All other patients are encouraged to use eConsult online, which is quicker to access as it avoids queuing on the phone, allows you to submit your request in your own words at your convenience, and is available from 7am, Monday – Friday (excluding bank holidays).
