Reception/Administration Team:  

We have a team of 13 Receptionists and Administrators who are managed by Beverley Dawson, Senior Receptionist and Karen Lloyd, Senior Administrator/Practice Secretary.

Our Reception/Administration team are all fully trained and experienced to deal with patients requests and enquiries, sensitively and empathetically. Our teams arrange appointments, deal with repeat prescriptions, arrange referrals on behalf of the clinical team, process administration requests such as medical reports, holiday cancellation forms, answer calls etc.
